Cooking classes are created for those interested in cookery and education in that field. Lessons can be organized as 2-days or 7-days course, held in a school for food and beverages managers. Education can be organized on two locations: in Split and Poreč. 

Each participant has a professional equipment. Part of the time is dedicated to wines and held by sommelier.
